As the year comes to a close, we reflect on the highlights of 2022, celebrate our achievements and the continuous improvements made on behalf of our prestigious clients.
Scrum down on EPOS
January saw the rollout of the RFU - Rugby Football Union’s club EPOS solution. The FSI software supports all club revenue. Whether buying a pint at the bar, paying subs or admission to a game, however they pay it’s all ok with our multiple payment options - cash, debit or credit card, contactless or smart phone app. Payments made in the clubhouse, on the gate, or online from the website have been made easier for users, and staff alike.
Seconds out, round one
In spring, we came out fighting on behalf of our newest client contender Everlast Gyms. The FSI RUNit leisure management system was launched across their full estate of 69 gyms. It was quite a challenge, but what a knockout success it’s been, we now successfully manage more members and all revenue for the clubs through one singular online real-time system.
Preparing for new netballers
Summer saw the Commonwealth Games come to Birmingham, and Team England defend their title. In anticipation of the hype a big tournament with high profile TV coverage brings, we worked with English Netball to develop new features in support of the additional participant interest that the Games netted.
Everyone for tennis!
It was fantastic to see the Wimbledon Championships return to pre-pandemic normality. It’s always good to work with AELTC but this year, it was particularly rewarding to see the Championship running smoothly at capacity once again.
Growing grassroots
An impressive increase in online registration for winter sports was great to see, as both the RFU and English Netball picked up pace, and attracted more online pre-season registrations, than ever before.
Keep on moving
It’s so rewarding to see our work with National Governing Bodies and operators within the health, leisure and fitness industry continue to develop and impact participation from grassroots to the highest level. Throughout the year our systems have continuously improved with new software developments being tested and introduced. We never stop moving forward and can’t wait to up momentum in 2023.
