First Sports International has a deep history with more than 15 years in both sports/event management and relationship management software development. By bringing these two areas of domain expertise together, they have been able to create leading edge sports relationship management software.

The company, formerly the UK subsidiary of a U.S.-based CRM company, Firstwave Technologies, was acquired in Spring 2005. It was with Firstwave in early 2002 that FSI began to work with some of the England’s leading national governing bodies to develop a seamless sports relationship solution to manage their multiple participants and corresponding roles, actions and programmes.
