UK Athletics
From 2007 FSI has been the official CRM provider to UK Athletics and the chosen delivery partner in the implementation and rollout of the Trinity Programme. UKA now boasts a fully centralised and integrated system that allows individual members to amend their own information. Clubs can also register their individuals through the system at no cost.
Trinity was then expanded to include areas such as High Performance and Squad Management, including progress tracking and funding plan assessment. Soon the solution will introduce extensions to coaching that will allow online registration and full management of all coaching courses and the qualifications that emerge from them.
