Irish Football Association
The Northern Irish Football Association (IFA) began it’s partnership with FSI on November 9th 2005. Following an internal systems and process review it the IFA decided to embrace more automated and electronic methods of managing its data and processes in order to improve efficiency and service levels whilst reducing risk of human error and lost data. Following the supreme success of the initial implementation focused on data amalgamation and Player Registration, the IFA set about expanding the use of FSI’s solutions to provide these benefits throughout the organisation.
Today the IFA utilise most of the FSI product suite including Competition and Referee Management, E-Marketing and Communication Tools, Discipline and Match Card functionality and community officer activity management. These applications ensure the business of running football in Northern Ireland remains a smooth and efficient one.
More recently the IFA selected FSI to provide the systems for the sale of tickets for its National teams. As a result the IFA now offers a comprehensive and inclusive online ticketing distribution service to its fans which has aided in ensuring Winsor Park never has an empty seat. In addition the IFA retains sole access and ownership of all associated data at no cost, which is an invaluable tool in the success of the very productive marketing strategies employed by this organisation.
