Football Association of Wales
The Football Association of Wales has been a customer of FSI since June 15th 2007 and has adopted a wide ranging and far reaching usage of the FSI solution. The FSI system is utilised to manage player registration at all levels (initially for Professional and senior age category Football, but has now been expanded to encompass Junior Football as well). In addition the solution manages referee reporting and discipline, including red and yellow card tracking and misconduct cases. All competitions and fixture scheduling are performed through the system making the FAW a good example of a complete integrated football solution provided by FSI.
Having now centralised all its data in a single system the FAW is now able to track individuals across departments to ensure they are communicated with appropriately and receive the correct level of service. As an association the FAW are proactive in pioneering new ways to provide services to the community and grass roots levels, consistently implementing new and innovative solutions for the benefit of it’s membership.
